Our products are basically one-of-a-kind.
We are also selling at the physical store at the same time, so the products sold at the web shop may be sold out at the store first. We strive to reflect the sales status of over-the-counter products on the web shop as soon as possible, but we appreciate your understanding if there is a delay in deleting out-of-stock products.・Over-the-counter sales will be given priority.

- We accept credit card payments, bank transfers, and in-store payments.
For credit card payment, payment is confirmed at the time of product order.
In the case of bank transfer or in person, payment must be made within 3 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed after the payment deadline without prior notice will be automatically cancelled.
- Fees other than the product price
Depending on the payment and delivery method, certain fees and shipping charges may apply.
For purchases over a certain amount, we may cover the shipping costs. Details will be clearly indicated on the product page. - Application expiration date
If payment cannot be confirmed by the payment deadline, the order will be cancelled. - Product delivery time
In-stock items are usually shipped within 3 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
For items that are custom-made or have alterations, we will contact you individually to inform you of the finishing date.
Since many of our products are made by hand by our craftsmen, there may be a delay in the finishing of your order. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule, but we cannot guarantee. Please keep this in mind before placing your order.
We pay the utmost attention to strict adherence to delivery dates, but there may be cases where delivery dates may change due to unforeseen accidents or circumstances, such as production and inventory status, traffic conditions, and system problems. We shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by the customer or third parties as a result. The same shall apply to delays in delivery due to customer circumstances. Please understand this in advance. - About Defective Products
We will take responsibility for replacing defective or damaged items. We accept returns for customer reasons under certain conditions. For details, please read the “Conditions for Returns” at the bottom of this page. - Conclusion of Orders
Your order will only be processed if it is processed without error on the Site.
The Shop reserves the right, at its own discretion and without liability to you, to refuse an order for any reason whatsoever. For example, the Shop may refuse to accept an order under the following circumstances

If the Shop does not accept your order, it will notify you within 5 business days of receipt of your order. If the Shop does not accept the order, no contract will be concluded between the customer and the Shop.
The Shop is not obligated to provide a reason for refusal of an order.
Terms and Conditions for Returns and Refunds
Replacement of Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Product
- We will be responsible for replacing defective or damaged items.
- If there is something wrong with the product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product with a detailed description of the defective or damaged condition with attached photos and text, and send an email to webmaster@iseyoshi.com requesting a replacement or refund. We will respond as soon as possible.
- Please contact us as soon as possible regarding product discrepancies by sending an e-mail within 7 days of receipt of the product, stating the name of the product you ordered and the order number.
- In the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise, we will cover the shipping costs and the bank transfer fee for the refund.
- In case of damage during transportation, please contact us as soon as possible in the same condition as it is, as the shipping company will come to pick it up.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds for customers’ convenience
- We accept returns for items other than those listed in the following section “Items that cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled”. Please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise to request a return, exchange, or refund.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning merchandise and bank transfer charges when refunding.
Please note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. - If you wish to exchange the item, please also pay the shipping fee again.
